Discussion Prompts For You As A Couple:

  1. Reflecting on marriage as a living art, how have you seen yourselves and your relationship evolve? How do life’s experiences shape and change us individually and as a couple?
  2. Reflecting on the stories shared, such as the one about the husband caring for his terminally ill wife, what values or commitments do you want to instill in your marriage for the sake of future generations?
  3. If you were to create a legacy with your marriage, what would you want it to be known for, and how might you work towards that goal together?

Meet Brian and Jen Goins:

Brian & Jen Goins live in Melbourne, FL where Brian serves as FamilyLife’s Senior Director of Strategic Projects, helps lead the Weekend to Remember team, and is the host of the podcast, Married with Benefits. Beyond his latest production of the new Art of Marriage, Brian also produced the documentary, “The Brain, The Heart, The World,” a series exploring the dangers of pornography.

Jen serves as the Women’s Director at their local church, loves to lead Bible study groups, and connects with women through mentoring and speaking at the Weekend to Remember. The Goins have 3 kids: Brantley, Palmer, and Gibson. As a family they enjoy making annual treks to Montana to hike and ski and have loved attending Pine Cove family camp together.
