the journey

our story

MEET THE COUPLE THAT ALMOST DIDN’T MAKE IT

We met in university and Daniel told Christina he loved her 2 weeks into their dating relationship. They got engaged a year later, planned a wedding in 5 months, and almost lived happily ever after until . . .

7 years later, Christina told Daniel that if he walked out that door she was leaving him. We had grown apart and wanted two different paths for our lives that didn’t seem to intertwine. We were in trouble!

With two kids under 4 and barely making ends meet on a single income, we could not afford couples counseling. We realized that we didn’t want to become another divorce statistic, so we started looking for ways to educate ourselves on repairing our broken marriage. Thankfully, we came out on the other side.

THE “WHY” BEHIND THE IMBETWEEN PODCAST

Looking back, it is evident that there was a lack of affordable resources for couples to improve their relationships before they reach the brink of divorce. This led us to create The IMbetween Podcast, with the goal of providing couples the tools and knowledge they need to build a strong, connected, and joy-filled marriage and family. Our hope is that by offering these resources, you will be able to proactively work on your relationship, instead of waiting until it is too late.

We strongly believe that everyone deserves to have a happy and healthy marriage and family, which is why we encourage couples to start today. Don’t wait until you are on the verge of becoming “the couple that almost didn’t make it.” Take the initiative to build a relationship that you love, by investing in your marriage and family. We’ll be here cheering you on every step of the way!
